1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within
30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original packaging with all tags intact
- Free of stains, odors, or damage
For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel cannot be returned if the protective hygiene seal has been removed or broken.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance / final sale items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within
5–7 business days.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We do not provide free return labels unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, please contact our customer service.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within
7 days of delivery with photos.
We will provide a full refund, replacement, or prepaid return label at no cost to you.
